Jim Corey
Managing Partner

Jim has nearly 30 years of experience in helping companies accelerate profitable revenue growth. He has assisted over 250 companies around the world improve their performance through more effective revenue growth strategies, enhanced tactical execution in sales and marketing and optimized pricing. He has experience working with companies in North America, Europe and Asia.

Jim was a partner at both McKinsey & Company and Accenture. He was the President of the Worldwide Professional Services Group at Unisys Corporation and the Managing Partners of the AT&T Solutions Consulting Group, the professional services arm of AT&T. Jim served as the Managing Partner of Potomac Partners and the CEO of Luminant Worldwide. He has served as the Managing Partner of Blue Ridge Partners since its founding in 2002.


Thomas Puglisi

Tom is a Managing Director and founding member of Blue Ridge Partners. He has over 23 years of broad-based consulting experience in a variety of industries with emphasis on growing profitable revenue. Mr. Puglisi's expertise includes developing revenue growth strategies, improving sales effectiveness, optimizing pricing, identifying new market segments for growth and performing market due diligence. As a founding member of Blue Ridge Partners he has developed many of the techniques and tools applied in Blue Ridge Partners' Revenue Performance Methodology (RPM). He has served Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized companies in North America and Europe.

Tom was a Partner at Potomac Partners Management Consulting and a Principal at Luminant Worldwide. He also worked for 10 years at Accenture and with KPMG's strategic services practice.


Charles Searight

Charles has over 30 years of experience both as line executive and as a consultant helping companies worldwide to achieve sustained revenue growth and increased profitability. His broad expertise includes product service/design and delivery, sales strategies, and business intelligence as well as logistics and operations.

Charles' prior roles have included serving as CEO of Canopy International, Managing Partner at AT&T Solutions, Group VP at Unisys and Partner at Accenture. He has extensive international experience, including founding a highly successful new business in Europe and direct responsibility for managing businesses in Latin America, Asia, Europe and North America. He has founded, managed, and advised several startup ventures in addition to consulting to the world's largest corporations, such as Exxon, Mars, Wyeth, Pfizer, Colgate, Roche, United Airlines, and The Hartford.

Brad has nearly 20 years of experience helping clients improve business performance, achieve profitable revenue growth, and improve strategic, management and operational processes. His expertise includes strategy development, sales and marketing planning, performance improvement, and project management across the financial services, healthcare and insurance industries among others.

Brad was a Principal at Luminant Worldwide and ran the strategic consulting practice as Senior Vice President of Client Services at XOR, Inc. He has also served as a Senior Manager at Braxton Associates strategic consulting group.


Brian Methvin

Brian has over 25 years of consulting and professional services experience. He has assisted hundreds of companies around the world improve top line revenue growth through more effective growth strategies, better tactical execution and more effective pricing.

Brian spent the bulk of his career at McKinsey & Company working in the Washington, DC and London offices. Along with Jim Corey, Brian helped found Potomac Partners and later ran the Strategy Practice at Luminant Worldwide. Most recently, Brian was the President of Signia Partners, a group focused on gathering actionable intelligence from the market -- customers, competitors, channel partners, etc.

Sam is a Principal with Blue Ridge Partners.  He has over 20 years of consulting experience helping clients improve top line revenue growth and overall profitability.  He has served clients in a wide variety of industries and has focused on revenue growth strategies, execution excellence in sales and marketing and dashboard design for revenue engines.  He has served a wide spectrum of companies from Fortune 100 companies to those with revenues of $20 million annually.  Sam has considerable experience in working with clients in Europe and South America.

Prior to joining Blue Ridge Partners, Sam was with A.T. Kearney for 15 years and an internal consultant at Capital One.
