Blue Ridge Partners Promotes Ross Brondfield to Managing Director

Experienced advisor brings deep expertise in pricing strategy, go-to-market transformation, and value creation for private equity-backed companies

Blue Ridge Partners is proud to announce the promotion of Ross Brondfield to Managing Director, reflecting his eight-year track record of impact and leadership within the firm.

Ross brings 15 years of experience helping private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies accelerate profitable growth through pricing strategy, go-to-market transformation, and commercial effectiveness initiatives. Over his time with the firm, he has progressed through multiple roles and become a trusted advisor to clients, supporting value creation planning and execution across the investment lifecycle.

Ross works closely with executive teams to drive measurable revenue impact through segmentation, upsell and renewal programs, sales structure, and commercial enablement. He also specializes in designing and scaling subscription and membership pricing models, including pricing metric design, value-based packaging, and tier simplification, with experience across SaaS, healthcare, and consumer businesses.
