Jim is a co-founder of Blue Ridge Partners and now serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. For 30 years he has assisted companies in North America, Europe and Asia accelerate profitable revenue growth. Jim has advised over 250 companies on revenue-related issues including growth strategy, pricing, sales and marketing management, customer segmentation and messaging.
Prior to founding Blue Ridge Partners, Jim was a partner at both McKinsey & Company and Accenture. He was the President of the Worldwide Professional Services Group at Unisys Corporation and the Managing Partner of AT&T Solutions, the professional services arm of AT&T. Jim served as Managing Partner of Potomac Partners and CEO of Luminant Worldwide.

W. Bradford Wilsted
Senior Managing Director
Brad is a co-founder of Blue Ridge Partners and now leads the firm’s Healthcare Practice. Brad has nearly 20 years of experience helping healthcare clients accelerate profitable revenue growth. His expertise includes growth strategy development, sales and marketing effectiveness, referral source optimization, customer segmentation and pricing within healthcare, insurance, financial services and other industries.
Previously, Brad was a Principal at Luminant Worldwide and ran the strategic consulting practice as Senior Vice President of Client Services at XOR, Inc. He has also served as a Senior Manager at Braxton Associates strategic consulting group. Brad was a member of the Marketing Planning Group at Eli Lilly responsible for targeting the managed care sector. Brad earned his MBA at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Brad now resides near Denver with his family.
Antony’s 25 year business career includes senior line management experience and business consulting services to financial, investment and other industries. Prior to joining Blue Ridge Partners, he was CEO of OANDA Europe Limited, an on-line foreign exchange and precious metal trading firm in London. Earlier he was Vice President and Senior Analyst for UK banks at Sanford Bernstein and held increasing responsibilities at Capital One as Growth Opportunities Director, Head of the UK Sub-Prime Credit Card Business and Business Development.
Antony also operated his own consulting firm, Broadbent’s Consulting Limited, where he specialized in consulting for small, early stage financial services clients. Early in his career he was with McKinsey and Company, based in both London and Sydney, last serving as a Senior Engagement Manager.
Antony holds two degrees from the Imperial College of Science and Technology – a BSc. in Physics, and a PhD in Robotics and has an MBA from Harvard Business School, class of 1990.
Antony lives in London with his wife and four children.
Kate has more than 20 years of experience as a senior business executive, investment professional and strategy consultant in a variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, technology, manufacturing and energy. Prior to joining Blue Ridge Partners, she was a Partner with the Beta Capital Group, a private investment company focused in the oil and gas, manufacturing, aerospace, and alternative energy sectors. She performed competitor, financial and operational due diligence for acquisition and investment targets, led the development of acquisition strategies for portfolio companies, and managed one of Beta’s secondary investment funds.
Kate also co-founded Velocity Ventures, Inc., a boutique management consulting firm that provided strategic and operational evaluations of potential investments for private equity firms, and strategy services for early stage companies. During her tenure at Velocity Ventures, Kate functioned as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for Chorum Technologies, an optical component supplier to the telecom industry. Prior to Velocity Ventures, she was a Marketing Director with Bristol-Myers Squibb and a Senior Product Manager at Frito-Lay, Inc.
Kate holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Northwestern University, and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. She and her family now reside in Dallas.
Throughout his business career, Mark has focused on developing and implementing growth strategies. He has helped increase the value of companies in a number of industries including manufacturing, industrial distribution and business services. Before joining Blue Ridge Partners, Mark spent over 20 years with Aurora Capital Group. Mark was a partner in Aurora’s Private Equity fund where he led teams in acquiring over 85 businesses, formulating and implementing strategic and annual plans and developing exit strategies. While with Aurora he also helped develop the Aurora Portfolio Oversight and Operating Program and managed the creation and development of the Aurora Operating Network of Professionals. He also served on several portfolio company boards.
Mark began his career at Bain & Company, where he developed and implemented revenue growth strategies and also conducted market due diligence for strategic and private equity buyers. Mark currently serves as a Judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program for the Los Angeles Area. He has participated in this program as a judge for seven years.
Mark earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Economics and a BA in Political Science from the University of Utah. Mark and his wife have four children.
Carter’s passion is to help companies grow and flourish with a particular interest and expertise in sales force effectiveness and CRM. Prior to Blue Ridge Partners, Carter was a Managing Director of Infinity Info Systems. He led salespeople and consultants in providing CRM and Business Intelligence Software solutions to financial services organizations. He was also a business development leader, helping to grow Infinity from $5M to $18M in annual revenues. Prior to joining Infinity in 2003, Carter founded The Fieldstone Company a firm that provided outsourced business consulting services and CRM solutions to the financial services market.
He was a Vice President for Merrill Lynch from 1982 to 1985 where he created and marketed new Cash Management Account Services. Previously he was the Director of Systems Planning and Development for The Boston Company.
Carter holds an MBA and an MS in Computer Science from Harvard, and a BA in Math and Computer Science from Lake Forest College, outside of Chicago.
He resides in New York City with his wife and two children.
Jerry is a Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners, where he has focused on helping a variety of business-to-business and consumer-oriented clients find new ways to accelerate profitable revenue growth. He has worked with companies in the financial services, health care, industrial, consumer goods and marketing services sectors.
With over 20 years of experience as a consultant and corporate executive, Jerry has led efforts to boost growth, sales and marketing effectiveness, and corporate value for clients ranging from private, middle market companies to Fortune 100 firms. He managed client relationships and engagements with consultancies Inforte Corp., Luminant Worldwide, and Braxton Associates. Jerry also led the Business Development and Product Management functions as an Executive Vice President at Rewards Network, a publicly traded loyalty and direct-marketing company.
Prior to his consulting career, Jerry held corporate lending and finance positions at UBS and Bank of Montreal. He holds an AB in government from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago.
Jerry lives in the Chicago area with his wife and four children.
During his 30 year business career, Bob developed deep executive management and consulting skills and experience related to corporate growth and profitability in financial services and several other industries. While at Merrill Lynch and The Vanguard Group, Bob had significant hands-on business leadership experience in a range of complex business issues including business unit strategy, service/product innovation, online strategy/marketing/operations, service management, strategic partnerships, client research, technology project management and sales force management.
At McKinsey & Co. and with several boutique consulting firms, Bob worked with top management of companies in commercial banking, investment advisory, software services, computer equipment, P&C insurance, technology and industrial minerals industries to address issues including M&A, product portfolio reviews, go-to-market strategy, sales effectiveness, operational risk management, and productivity enhancement.
Bob holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
André has spent his career pursuing growth through organic and inorganic means, including business development, new product development, sales force effectiveness, and customer targeting.
Prior to Blue Ridge Partners, André held a variety of roles in Baxter International’s Medication Delivery business unit. At Baxter, his roles included heading the drug delivery systems business, creating a business development and strategy function for the contract manufacturing business, and identifying and leading initiatives as part of the turnaround of Baxter’s Medication Delivery business unit. André also spent six years at McKinsey & Company, where he advised executive teams on a broad range of strategic and operational issues, primarily focused on business growth and transformation. He received his MBA and AB in Economics from Harvard.
André lives in Chicago with his wife and son.
Tory has spent 15 years in growth-focused operating, strategic, and financial services roles. He has significant expertise across healthcare sectors, having served as the Head of Baxter International’s Corporate Business Development group and the General Manager of Hospira Worldwide’s Client Services business unit.
Prior to his executive leadership roles, Tory was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where he worked on growth strategy, marketing strategy, and sales force effectiveness projects, among others. He began his career in Investment Banking and Principal Investing at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Tory lives in the Chicago area with his wife and children.
Michael has over 20 years of strategic sales and marketing experience working with Fortune 500 companies and mid-cap companies to accelerate their revenue growth. He has deep experience in Financial Services, Technology and other industries and developed award winning interactive strategies for companies such as Microsoft, Wyeth, LG, American Express, Amgen and eBay. His executive management experience includes serving as President of Digital Influence Group and strategic leadership roles at Publicis Modem and Visa International.
His extensive business consulting career included time with Mercer Management Consulting and leadership positions with McKinsey & Company, Potomac Partners and Luminant where he was associated with other leaders of Blue Ridge Partners. Michael received his MBA from Stanford University.
Michael lives in the Boston, Massachusetts area.
David has over 18 years of experience helping organizations grow organically. He has focused most of his career on growing brands in the consumer packaged goods, healthcare, B2B industrials, and consumer electronics industries. His expertise includes business unit strategy and marketing, sales and pricing strategy and implementation. David has worked to grow existing businesses as well as lead major new product launches, and to design marketing organizations and build their capabilities.
Prior to Blue Ridge Partners, David held positions as an Associate Partner at Monitor Group as well marketing leadership positions at Kraft Foods and Motorola Mobility.
He holds an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and an M.A. in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan.
He lives in Chicago with his wife and three children.
Corey’s 30+ year career has focused on achieving revenue growth and profitable bottom line results from developing strategy, through implementing new initiatives, to decisive senior executive oversight and management. His recent consulting work for a large consumer luxury manufacturer focused on developing digital marketing and ecommerce strategies, developing an operating and organization model for ebusiness across 25 brands and customer data and analytics strategy to leverage across brands and channels.
For over a decade he has served as the CEO and in other senior executive roles responsible for major growth programs at several large and mid-tier global marketing and technology companies. He also has contributed as a Board member for numerous companies, working with investors to put the right people in the right places, analyze key business drivers and execute core strategies for profitable organic and acquired growth.
Prior to his corporate executive experience, Corey provided strategy and growth improvement services to companies in a variety of industries as a Partner with McKinsey and Company and with other global consulting firms including Andersen Consulting and SHL Systemhouse.
Corey graduated with honors from Indiana University with a BS in Marketing. He resides in the Boston area.
Michael has over 17 years of experience helping companies improve their operations and grow revenue, both from the client side and as an outside consultant. Michael specializes in helping industrial companies drive top line growth, focusing primarily on the Energy and Packaging sectors.
Prior to joining Blue Ridge, Michael served as the COO of ICAP Patent Brokerage, the patent and intellectual property trading group within ICAP PLC. Prior to ICAP, he held various leadership roles in Marketing and Business Development at Rewards Network, a leading provider of specialty finance and marketing products to the restaurant industry. Michael started his career in the Financial Services Consulting practice at KPMG, working primarily with consumer finance companies.
Michael holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from the College of William and Mary. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Licensed Auctioneer.

Kevin has more than 15 years of experience working with senior executives to drive top-line and bottom-line impact through growth strategy development, sales force effectiveness, pricing, and organizational restructuring. He has worked across a variety of industries including retail, industrial products, utilities, lodging, transportation, aerospace & defense, and technology.
Prior to joining Blue Ridge Partners he worked as an internal consultant for SAIC, to improve its operating margins while reinvesting savings into high growth opportunities. Prior to SAIC, Kevin spent nearly four years at Oliver Wyman advising senior executives on a variety of strategic and operational issues. He began his career as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers working with Fortune 100 retail and manufacturing clients.
Kevin earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jim has spent his career helping companies grow, as a consultant, operating executive, and principal investor. Jim focuses primarily on serving clients with engineered products, typically in industrial and medical equipment sectors.
Prior to Blue Ridge Partners, Jim was the VP of Strategy for Staples, Inc. Before Staples, he held senior growth-leadership positions at Avery Dennison, where he led a business building effort using RFID in hospitals to enhance patient safety and improve processes. Jim gained principal investing and Board of Director experience as an investment professional on Morgenthaler Partners’ Private Equity Team. He spent five years at McKinsey & Company, serving clients on a wide range of growth, strategy, and operational studies. Jim began his career on the industrial side of General Electric, where he graduated from the Financial Management Program, was a Six Sigma Black Belt, and launched and led an ecommerce startup for GE Plastics.
Jim has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an undergraduate degree in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Jim lives in the Boston area with his wife and two sons.
Throughout his 20-year career, Marten Leijon has been committed to revenue growth for businesses through product and channel innovation, strategic marketing, client analytics and process improvement. Prior to joining Blue Ridge Partners, Marten was the CEO of MIX, a global leader in business information on financial services to underserved customer segments in emerging markets.
Marten has many years of experience in leading advisory businesses serving clients in technology, financial services, and industrial sectors. Between 1999 and 2008, he led several global practices within the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), serving senior executives in Operations and R&D of industrial firms, as well as executives responsible for insurance products, retirement services and client-service delivery.
Earlier, Marten was with McKinsey & Company, serving clients in utilities, health care, biotech, and insurance. He also has extensive experience in strategy, operations and analytics across a broad range of banking and insurance businesses from Dutch bank ABN-Amro and European insurer Trygg-Hansa.
Marten holds an M.S. in Financial Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and three children.
